We accept cash, check, credit cards, HSA/FSA call to see if we are in network with your insurance. Co-pays are due at time of service.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete any remaining paperwork. If you are running late please call or text us as we may need to reschedule you to a different time.
Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows for easy movement during your examination.
Plan for approximately 45-60 minutes for your initial visit
Complete your patient intake forms, health history questionnaire and consent forms. Our friendly staff (Amanda or Hope) will verify your insurance and answer any initial questions.
Meet with Dr. Dan to discuss your health concerns, symptoms, goals and medical history. This is your opportunity to ask questions and share what brought you to our office.
Comprehensive spinal and postural assessment, orthopedic and neurological tests, and range of motion evaluation. We may take X-rays if needed to get a complete picture of your spine's health—just like paleontologists study fossils to understand structure.
Dr. Dan will review the examination findings on your second visit, explain your diagnosis, and present a personalized treatment plan. We'll discuss recommended frequency of care, expected outcomes and answer all your questions.
